BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Context: A company manager in the healthcare sector wanted to position himself in the Enterprise (B2B) market, after having successfully deployed his offer to individuals (B2C).

Transformation: In just a few sessions, we identified what made this customer unique in the market, what they wanted to bring to their Enterprise customers, and defined business objectives to achieve.

Results: Within a few weeks, the company experienced strong momentum around its B2B offering, with demand for its services far exceeding expectations, leading to additional recruitments to address needs.

STRUCTURING & DEPLOYING OPERATIONS

Context: 2 partners in a hospitality startup were very involved in the day-to-day operations of their company and wanted to free up some time to develop it.

Transformation: Over the course of a few monthly sessions, we gradually overhauled their core operations to structure i) teams capable of managing operations autonomously, and ii) processes and tools to manage their operations more efficiently.

Results: Over the period, the company almost doubled its sales and significantly increased its earnings, while enabling the 2 partners to completely exit operations and concentrate on managing and developing the company.

COST REDUCTION PROGRAM

Context: A subsidiary of a global telecoms player was suffering from heavy losses and needed to transform itself drastically to improve profitability over the long term.

Transformation: The company's transformation was initiated after a detailed analysis of its cost items to focus on 4 areas from headcount reduction (with no impact on operations), to overhauling distribution channels and their commissioning schemes, renegotiating contracts or regularizing internal fraud.

Results: A strong impact on the company's accounts, with savings of several million euros and an improvement in Ebitda over the long term.

MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS

Context: A mobile payment company has acquired one of its main competitors to become the market leader.

Transformation: The merger between the 2 companies has been decided, and an integration plan defined on all key subjects (organization, service offering, target technical platform and migration, communication plan, compliance, etc.).

Results: A perfectly executed merger with a totally seamless migration of users to the target brand/platform and almost total team retention.

DIRECTOR'S PASSAGE

Context: A regional manager for an international beverage group wanted support as she took up her new position as Director.

Transformation: After working on his posture and confidence to move away from operational tasks, we spent time building his organization and governance.

Results: After a few months, the position was filled, the team was assembled and operational, and the year-end targets were exceeded.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Background: A high-potential executive was suffering from a lack of motivation at work and energy in his life in general, and was wondering about his future.

Transformation: We spent time identifying his pain points and what was really important to him before defining a personalized 90-day action plan (OKRs).

Results: After three months, this executive had i) left his previous job after negotiating his departure, ii) found a new position in line with his aspirations and with better compensation, all while iii) managing a two-month break to reclaim time for himself.

WORK/LIFE BALANCE

Context: A business executive was working under intense pressure and had lost his sense of balance in his personal life.

Transformation: We spent time identifying his real sticking points and defined a personalized action plan over a 90-day period (OKRs) to improve the situation. The approach was complemented by specific coaching sessions on certain topics.

Results: Over the course of 90 days, this executive gradually reduced the pressure in his professional life by focusing on what was really important (relationships with his peers and teams mainly), enabling him to step back from his daily routine and put in place simple personal routines to feel more balanced on a personal level.

Context: A director at a consulting firm wanted to strengthen his position in order to become a partner.

Transformation: After working on his posture and his relationships with the firm's partners, we focused our efforts on developing his revenue and business case. 

Results: After a few months, the individual significantly strengthened their position within their firm and became legitimately eligible for the partnership process.

Context: An equity partner who was already well established in his firm suffered from a lack of recognition and found it difficult to assert himself in front of his peers and take his rightful place.
