To what type of Executives does this apply?

Personal Coaching is aimed at managers and high-potential executives of all types, including CEOs / Entrepreneurs / Partners, members of Management Committees and other executives with responsibility or high potential within their company.

How is it different from other types of coaching on the market?

My approach differs from what's available on the market in 3 main ways:

1. Extensive experience of the business world and of what managers experience on a daily basis.

2. An approach focused on tangible results, with the setting of clear objectives and concrete, measurable actions, with no possibility of disputing the results obtained.

3. The philosophy (for Executive Coaching) that professional and personal life cannot be separated and should be addressed as a whole. My coaching takes into account your personal aspirations to ensure that they are not sidelined in the pursuit of your professional goals.

What are personal OKRs?

OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are used as a management method based on objectives. Created in the USA in the 60s, they have been made popular more recently by their use in major Tech groups (notably Google). They involve defining a 90-day action plan, broken down into a limited number of objectives to be achieved through concrete, quantifiable and measurable actions.

Convinced by the effectiveness of this very concrete approach, which aims to focus on the essentials, I decided to apply the OKRs as a coaching tool, helping my clients to define and achieve OKRs that are personalized for them. This approach enables you to clearly measure the impact of your coaching (e.g.: 90% of your objectives achieved).

How do I know if it's right for me?

My first response would be to tell you to follow your gut. If you're dissatisfied with your current situation and feel that an improvement is necessary / possible, I'd be delighted to discuss this with you in more detail during an initial exchange, after which you'll be able to get a clearer idea of what I can do for you.

How much does it cost?

I offer packages that evolve and differ according to my customers' needs and my level of involvement. I'll be happy to share my price list during our first meeting.

Are you certified in coaching?

I have followed coaching training over the last few years, through 2 courses at INSEAD. Today, I have coached over 80 individuals and groups, and have accumulated over 400 hours of professional coaching.

I also graduated from EDHEC Business School (Masters in Business Administration) in 2007.

My ethical framework

It's very important to me to provide a quality service. This is reflected in my practice through:

i) a monthly supervision process with a certified supervisor.

ii) in-depth work with over 500 hours of personal and group dynamics (Gestaldt)

iii) a continuous improvement process in place since the launch of my business.
